jaguar update v4.10 january 12

I had this installed in my maxisys but it does not show up when I open the jaguar programme it says v4.01 and when I connect it to my pc and look into it's memory it shows the previous installation which was on December 30
v4.01 it seems like it has not been installed but when I press the update it says no current updates.
anyone knows whats going on?

I checked it today and it shows 4.10 it seems it needed a couple of days to install
